Syndicate Estate is possibly the best spot to see Dominica's unique parrot, the Sisserou. Syndicate is also the starting point for the gruelling hike to the top of Morne Diablotin, Dominica's highest mountain at 4,747 feet. It also has a small, little-known waterfall.
