Although we've no international airport, we do have two smaller airports. Douglas-Charles Airport (Code: DOM) (formerly Melville Hall) is the larger of the two and is approx 60 minutes from Roseau. Canefield (DCF) is smaller but is just 15 minutes from Roseau.

Main airlines (see below) serving Dominica include LIAT, BVI Airways, Seaborne Airlines, Winair and Hummingbird Air. Major hubs in the region with flights to Dominica include Antigua (ANU), San Juan (SJU), St. Lucia (SLU/UVF), St Martin (SXM), Tortola (EIS), Barbados (BGI), St Croix (STX) and St Thomas (STT).

The neighbouring French islands of Martinique (FDF) and Guadeloupe (PTP) are also convenient hubs for flights from Europe to Dominica.

Additionally, there is a ferry service (see below) operating on a regular basis to Dominica. Please note that the ferry service is suspended for maintenance in or around September every year.
